Do your products come with LED bulbs included?

Can I order samples before making a bulk purchase?

Do I need an electrician to install your lighting?
We strongly recommend using a qualified electrician for all hardwired installations. This ensures safety compliance and protects your warranty. Plug-in fixtures like table and floor lamps can be set up without professional help.
Are your products dimmable?
Many of our products are dimmable, but compatibility depends on the dimmer switch type. We recommend trailing-edge (LED) dimmers for best performance. Check product specifications for dimming compatibility and minimum load requirements.
What IP rating do I need for bathroom lighting?
Bathroom zones require specific IP ratings: Zone 0 (inside bath/shower) needs IP67, Zone 1 (above bath to 2.25m) needs IP45+, Zone 2 (0.6m around Zone 1) needs IP44+. Our bathroom collection clearly indicates suitable zones for each product.
How long do LED lights last?
Our LED products typically last 25,000-50,000 hours, which translates to 15-25 years of average residential use. LEDs maintain their brightness over time, with most rated to retain 70% of initial output at end of life.

What warranty do your products carry?
All our products come with a minimum 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. LED drivers and modules are warranted for 5 years. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
How do I make a warranty claim?
